Brilliant, very helpful. Went with my son to get a replacement for toilet cistern , which didn't stop filling with water. They had the part and talked my son through how to fit it. They were polite, patient and helpful. And all done.

I went to this merchants after seeing a Facebook advert online. I was greeting by two of the employees, both who were very knowledgeable and offered a great deal of help. I was impressed by the vast range that JH had on display and also by the competitive pricing (most of the items were 50% or more cheaper than high street brands such as Screwfix!) I will be returning and placing an order in the near future.
